Terms for publishers
These terms apply whenever you promote a program through Clickwise. Each program can add its own conditions, such as markets, traffic types or coupon rules. Where a program's conditions are stricter than these terms, the program's conditions apply.
Brand bidding and paid search
- Don't bid on a merchant's brand name, its trademarks or misspellings of them in search ads on Google, Bing or any other search engine.
- Don't run paid search ads that link to a merchant's site, directly or through your Clickwise link.
- Both are allowed only with the merchant's written permission for that program, given directly or through the network that runs it. The permission covers only what it states (keywords, markets, ad networks) and can be withdrawn.
- Don't use a merchant's brand in an ad's display URL, or in the domain of a page you control, without the same permission.
Honest traffic
- No cookie stuffing. A click must come from a person who chose to follow your link. No hidden frames, invisible pixels, pop-ups, pop-unders, automatic redirects or software that sets a tracking cookie without that choice.
- No forced or misleading traffic. No fake buttons, no ads that pretend to be the merchant, no clicks from bots or click farms, and no clicks you generate yourself.
- Browser extensions and shopping software must not activate your link when the user hasn't clicked it, and must not replace another publisher's link.
Incentives and cashback
- Rewards for buying, such as cashback, points or donations, are allowed only in programs whose conditions allow them.
Coupons
- Publish only codes the merchant has authorised for affiliates, in the program and market where they apply.
- Don't publish codes meant for other channels (staff, customer service or another partner's audience), and don't make codes up.
- Don't show expired or invented offers as current.
Payments
Each program is paid by the entity that manages it: SOFT DEV FZ LLC (Clickwise) or AFVENTURES NETWORK S.L. (Clickwise Europe). Each entity pays only the commissions on its own programs that the network or the merchant has already paid to that entity. Every payment shows which entity makes it: for SOFT DEV FZ LLC, the self-bill; for AFVENTURES NETWORK S.L., the invoice request. Your dashboard also shows which entity manages each program.
SOFT DEV FZ LLC programs
- We pay once a month, on the 15th, the commissions collected up to the last day of the previous month.
- Payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer.
- Minimum payment: USD 50 by PayPal and USD 200 by bank transfer (each international transfer has a fixed bank cost). A balance below the minimum carries over to the next month.
AFVENTURES NETWORK S.L. programs
- We pay once a month, in a payment round, the commissions already collected, against your invoice (see "Invoices").
- Payment method: bank transfer only. We do not pay by PayPal.
- Currency: USD or EUR, your choice. The invoice request gives you both amounts; the EUR amount uses that day's exchange rate.
- Minimum payment: USD 100. A balance below the minimum carries over to the next round. If your invoice does not arrive by the deadline in the request, the amount moves to the next round.
If you have commissions on programs of both entities, you receive one payment from each, and each minimum is calculated separately.
If these terms are broken
- Before a final decision we tell you what we found and you can reply; pending commission can be withheld while we review.
- Commission on the affected sales is reversed.
- Your access to the program, or your Clickwise account, can be closed.
Invoices
SOFT DEV FZ LLC programs: self-billing
- You agree that SOFT DEV FZ LLC (Clickwise) will issue a self-billing statement (a "self-bill", series SB-) in your name for each payment on its programs. Each self-bill lists the commissions paid, the period and the amount, and is marked "Self-billing". You accept each self-bill as the invoice for those commissions and will not issue a separate invoice for the same commissions, except as set out below for when your law requires your own invoice. You will tell us within 30 days if your name, address, tax status or VAT/GST registration changes. This agreement applies until either party ends it by written notice. You remain responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on your commissions in your country.
- When your law requires your own invoice: if the law of your country requires you to issue your own invoice, you must issue it for the amount shown on the self-bill and quote its number, and send it to payments@clickwise.net. This applies, for example, in many Latin American countries, if you are registered for VAT in the EU, or if you are registered for GST in Australia. Address your invoice to: SOFT DEV FZ LLC, Fujairah – Twin Towers, P.O. Box 4422, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates (Licence 9485/2016; Corporate Tax TRN 100478566100001; not registered for VAT). Your invoice then replaces the self-bill for that period.
- Publishers in the EU registered for VAT: your services are supplied to SOFT DEV FZ LLC, a business established outside the EU, so under Article 44 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC no EU VAT is charged. The self-bill will show your VAT number and the note: "Not subject to EU VAT – place of supply outside the EU (Art. 44, Directive 2006/112/EC)". Publishers in the UK: likewise, outside the scope of UK VAT.
- If a self-bill is wrong, tell us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll correct it.
- If you're registered for VAT in the United Arab Emirates, we agree with you how to invoice before self-billing applies to you.
- SOFT DEV FZ LLC self-billing applies to commissions paid from 3 November 2026.
AFVENTURES NETWORK S.L. programs: your invoice
- AFVENTURES NETWORK S.L. does not issue self-bills. Before each round we email you an invoice request, addressed to it. The request gives its tax details, the amount and the deadline. The invoice must be in your own name or your company's name, match the bank account holder and meet the tax requirements of your country. If your bank account has changed since your last invoice, tell us in the same email.
