How to get access

Approved affiliates automatically receive entitlement to eligible feeds. Specify your market, category and format during signup. The signed URL arrives by email and expires after 7 days. Renewal is automatic: each service tick checks delivery and renews it when due while eligibility continues; a recent delivery can keep its URL. Use the current URL from the email to import your feed.

Availability and stock updates depend on each program's catalog. Available formats are xml, tsv, csv and json.

Program rules

Each program has a rules summary (terms_summary): review permitted markets, channels and uses before publishing. Downloading the feed means accepting the applicable network terms. The summary does not replace those terms.

These three rows illustrate the schema: GTIN identifies the product, stock indicates units and link represents the trackable URL. Names, GTINs, stock and URLs are fictional; example links do not work or contain credentials.

Google Merchant Center with your own site

1. Publish a real product page with matching price, availability and a purchase experience compliant with Google's policies. Claiming a domain does not make an affiliate redirect site eligible.
2. Verify and claim your domain in Merchant Center. The link must use the advertiser's claimed domain.
3. Append ?landing_template=https%3A%2F%2Fpublisher.example%2Fp%2F%7Bid%7D to your signed URL. Supported placeholders: {id}, {gtin}, {sku}, {country}; values are URL-encoded. Use & if the URL already has parameters.
4. Add XML or TSV as a scheduled-fetch data source. Set country, language, shipping and taxes; review Diagnostics and link Google Ads. Replace the signed URL when its renewal arrives.

With landing_template, link points to your page and ads_redirect/clickwise_link carry the commission-tracked deeplink. Google requires the redirect to reach the same landing content and compatible domains for parallel tracking: this template does not change the Clickwise deeplink's final destination. Do not use it to bypass that requirement. Free listings use link, not ads_redirect.

CSS in Europe

A registered CSS can advertise products linking to the merchant within its authorized CSS setup, without a publisher landing page. Without a template, the feed retains the Clickwise deeplink. Check the final domain, merchant account, supported countries and program permissions; affiliate access does not confer CSS status.

Microsoft Merchant Center / Bing and comparison sites

Authorized aggregators can import Google-format XML with seller_name (source shop or program name) and ads_redirect; verify that the name identifies the actual seller. Configure your store, market and Shopping campaign under Microsoft policies. Comparison sites can use XML, TSV, CSV or JSON: group by GTIN, retain the offer ID and send clicks through clickwise_link or the deeplink to preserve attribution.

Format, refresh and acceptance

The feed contains availability, not inventory quantities. Prices and sale prices use two decimals and currency; free shipping appears only with source evidence. Request gzip and revalidate with ETag/Last-Modified. The first complete GET download is recorded as acceptance through the download counter and timestamp; HEAD and 304 do not count as new downloads.
